This product will be delivered with a 2-man delivery service. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 5 working days. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. Free Standard Delivery is included.

Please make sure an up to date telephone number is used when placing orders, the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Standard delivery for 2-man items is 3 to 5 working days (UK Mainland, other postcodes may vary).

These 2-man deliveries are a hallway and kerbside service only. Our courier is unable to physically bring the large appliance up stairs unless there is a lift available.

Damaged on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please
follow the steps below to report the issue so we can resolve it quickly:

• Provide required information   
• Receive confirmation to return

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out as
expected. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, we’re happy to accept a
return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• The item must be returned within 31 days of the original purchase date.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Change of Mind Whilst Order is in Transit

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched and choose to refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us.Once the returned goods have been received and processed, we will issue a refund less the applicable return delivery charge, which will be deducted from your credit

This charge covers the cost of returning the refused order to our warehouse
