Orders made before 2pm are dispatched same day, while those placed after 2pm are dispatched the following working day. Should you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Standard delivery for delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

Next Day delivery to receive your order the next working day (order before 2pm / UK Mainland only).

All delivery options are doorstep deliveries only, not room of choice.

Damaged on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please
follow the steps below to report the issue so we can resolve it quickly:

• Provide required information   
• Receive confirmation to return

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out as
expected. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, we’re happy to accept a
return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

• The item must be returned within 31 days of the original purchase date.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
