I bought an Igenix heater about a year ago from an independent retailer. Unfortunately, the heater was faulty. I got back in touch with Igenix and asked them if there was anything they could do and they were brilliant. Within a week I had my replacement heater so thank you Igenix! Wonderful customer service!
I’m really pleased with this fan. It was beautifully packaged, no assembly required at all and is simple to use and feature rich. This is absolutely the best looking tower fan available short of the £300+ Dyson. It’s solid, built well and looks great. It’s well thought out in both design and function.
It cools, heats, dehumidifies and can also just be a fan. Brilliant piece of kit that we have in the corner of our office. It was great in the summer on those 30 degree days and it pulled the temperature down to the mid-20’s so everyone could concentrate and keep working.
